VI Orienteering Meeting - Civitas Mimosa
Orienteering is back to Funchal. This urban activity is integrated in the European Mobility Week and starts Setember the 18th at 10.30am.
Organized by Câmara Municipal do Funchal with the support of Clube Aventura da Madeira, this competition is promoted within the European Project CIVITAS MIMOSA, aiming to raise awareness of all citizens to the social responsibility to adopt more environmentally friendly modes of transportation.
This is an excellent opportunity to meet the city of Funchal in a special and healthy way. Alone, among friends or family.
Anyone can join this initiative, individually or in group. There are no age limits.
The organization will distibute free event t-shirts for all participants, to be used during the exercise.
