Funchal Harbor achieves record

With 303 scales and 540.180 passengers, this harbour was able to consolidate its positioning in the Cruise market, maintaining and reinforcing the growth propensity which has been felt in the previous years. 


Comparing to 2010, Funchal Harbour grew 3% in terms of cruise ships stops and 10% regarding the passengers that have chosen to visit Madeira by boat, which in 2011 were, on the majority, British, Americans, Italians, Brazilians and Portuguese citizens.
